The Candidate
Crossland Community Church is seeking a Teaching Pastor who walks closely with Jesus, prays fervently, and listens to the Holy Spirit. This Teaching Pastor will serve in a central preaching and discipleship role on the senior leadership team, helping shape the church’s preaching vision, contributing to a long-range preaching calendar, and preaching regularly with sermons streamed across all campuses. The role also provides leadership for church-wide discipleship pathways, integrating sermon-based teaching with scalable tools and systems to foster spiritual growth and clear next steps. Designed as a potential soft-succession pathway toward the Senior Pastor role over time, this position offers meaningful responsibility, relational trust, and significant influence within a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive ministry culture.
