Following more than three decades of faithful leadership under Pastor Greg St. Cyr, Bay Area is eager to welcome a talented, visionary Lead Pastor to steward a remarkable legacy of Kingdom impact in Annapolis, Kent Island, and around the world.

He is a relational shepherd, visionary leader, and collaborative teammate who values shared leadership and is eager to serve alongside wise elders and gifted staff. He loves people, builds relationships, invests in others, and is energized by helping ordinary believers live on mission every day. He resonates deeply with the church’s mission, desiring to strengthen local expressions through multi-site ministry and church planting, while continuing to support and expand global efforts to advance the gospel.
