The Candidate
Faith Lutheran is seeking an Associate Pastor of Community Life who walks closely with Jesus, loves Scripture, and is passionate about helping people grow as disciples. This leader will build authentic relationships across generations, develop leaders and volunteers, strengthen pathways for belonging and discipleship, and cultivate a culture of local outreach and evangelism. They will work collaboratively with the pastoral team and congregation to assess, organize, and develop ministries while identifying opportunities for innovation and greater missional impact. The ideal candidate will be relational, strategic, collaborative, spiritually mature, and passionate about helping people find a place to belong, grow, serve, and live a Jesus-shaped life.

Faith Lutheran is located in Albuquerque’s Northeast Heights, a well-established area surrounded by families, schools, parks, and opportunities for community engagement.
