It began as a single worship service and has grown into a thriving, multi-campus ministry impacting generations. The 10-acre Boca campus features a 375-seat sanctuary, schools serving hundreds of families, senior living facilities, and an $8M expansion on the horizon. The 250-seat Lantana campus recently completed a $500K renovation. Advent’s highly educated and generous members include an older demographic at Boca and younger, more diverse families at Lantana. Across all ministries, Advent employs more than 80 staff (9 on the church team) and stewards an $11M total budget, including $2.85M for church ministries. Together, both campuses embody a vision to be a faithful, growing presence in South Florida—welcoming all, regardless of denominational background.
The Candidate
The next Senior Pastor will be a dynamic multitasker who can navigate the complexities of Advent Church with vision and a relational heart.
