Announcing the addition of two team members. Laura Clapp and Alicia Blake have joined the team and are using their unique giftings to serve our client churches. We are delighted to have all of them on the team, and look forward to a long and joyful relationship serving the Church and advancing the Kingdom together.
Laura Clapp is our newest Assessment Associate!
A graduate of Liberty University and Dallas Theological Seminary, Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Educational Ministries, Counseling Ministries and Youth Ministries, and a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies. Laura is a Certified Enneagram Coach and specializes in assessment and fit of ministry leaders. She has partnered with her husband, Rick, in executive ministry for the last 25 years. They are currently part of the staff team at a large thriving church in Colorado Springs. She is passionate about seeing the local church thrive and be healthy. In addition, Laura is the co-founder of Beyond Survival, a non-profit ministry for orphans and vulnerable children in Eswatini, Africa. Laura and her husband are raising a family of six children.
Alicia Blake is our newest Research Associate!
After graduating with her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Composition from Kent State University in Ohio, she moved to Pennsylvania with her husband and stepdaughter where she obtained a position in the insurance industry. When her son was born, Alicia transitioned to being a stay-at-home mom. Alicia is heavily involved in her church’s children’s ministry, which she is passionate about. Alicia finds great joy in using her research skills to help churches find ideal candidates for their ministry positions.
