NL Moore & Associates is delighted to announce the selection of Carole Lehn as Executive Vice President of Operations at the Evangelical Free Church of America.
President Kevin Kompelien and the national office staff are excited to have Carole join the executive team. Carole is a versatile, experienced executive and financial leader with more than 20 years of experience in a number of large and small business contexts. She represents a wonderful blend of warmth and interpersonal strengths with keen financial understanding and experienced leadership.
Carole has been a part of the Evangelical Free Church of America since she was a child. For the past 25 years, she has attended Five Oaks Community Church (EFCA) in Woodbury. Carole holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from Wheaton College, IL, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, MN. Carole has previously served on the Trinity International University Board of Regents as well as the Board of Trustees of the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, where she chaired the Finance Committee.
