PCC is seeking a relational Lead Pastor—someone with a pastoral heart who can lead a complex, multi-faceted church while building and empowering teams. This individual will honor the foundation laid by those who led before them and thoughtfully shape the future in alignment with PCC’s mission, vision, and values. As a multi-generational church, PCC needs a pastor who can connect across age groups and spiritual maturity levels, cultivating a unified and engaged church family.
