Bethel values the community life of the church and desires to call a pastor who will walk among the congregation as both pastor and friend. The ideal candidate will love people, spend time getting to know them, and encourage their faith journey. Collaborative, action-oriented, humble, gracious, and cheerful are just a few words to describe the ideal candidate. This individual will be called on to work with the team to create a ministry plan and then bring it to life by embracing an Ephesians 4 approach of equipping the saints for the work of ministry.

The church property is nestled in a young and diverse residential area just west of downtown. Year-round sunny weather invites residents to enjoy its many cultural, culinary, and community-based activities. “H-town”, as it is often called, is home to numerous professional and minor league sports teams.
