NL Moore & Associates is happy to announce the addition of three team members. Gregg Bergman, Jill Tullis and Nancy LaCroix joined the team and are using their unique giftings to serve our client churches. We are delighted to have all of them on the team, and look forward to a long and joyful relationship serving the Church and advancing the Kingdom together.
Gregg Bergman is our newest Coaching Associate!
Coaching has always been at the heart of Gregg’s life whether in sports or in a variety of ministry settings. He loves to come alongside pastors, leaders and teams providing insight, strategy and shepherding to the challenges facing many churches today. Gregg recently stepped down from his role as Executive Pastor at Blackhawk Church, a large, multi-site congregation in Madison, Wisconsin to focus on helping church leaders create healthy cultures. Gregg has a BA in business, an MA in Ministry and is a certified coach. Gregg and his wife, Nancy, live in a suburb of Minneapolis, have two grown children and five growing grandchildren.
Jill Tullis is our newest Search Associate!
Jill is a highly disciplined, organized and relational Search Associate who is fueled by a love for the Church and a desire to see people follow the call God has placed on their lives. She holds a degree in Communications and has served several organizations in administrative and managerial roles, most recently serving as a Virtual Executive Assistant for a number of pastors around the country. The daughter of a pastor, Jill grew up in the church and her husband, Tim, has been in full-time pastoral ministry for more than ten years. This personal experience gives her a deep understanding of ministry culture and a value for ensuring the right fit – to benefit the church and the pastor. Jill and Tim have three young daughters and reside in Tennessee.
