NL Moore & Associates is thrilled to add Steve Highfill to the team.
Steve brings more than four decades of experience to the task of helping churches and organizations thrive in their God-given mission. He is especially passionate about local churches, having been a church planter, lead pastor, and denominational advisor to more than 200 congregations. With degrees from Colorado State (B.S.) and Talbot Seminary (M.Div), he is recognized as a leader’s leader with compassionate insight to the challenges faced by both local church and organization leaders. He and his wife live in the San Diego, CA area, and have two married children who live north of Dallas, TX, along with three grandchildren.
Steve will serve NL Moore & Associates as a Ministry Consultant and will work closely with churches in transition.
