This is an exciting time to join Pathway Church (pathwayvb.org) in scenic Vero Beach, FL. Following an intentional two year interim, Pathway Church is ready to turn the page and write the next chapter of their story. Despite the challenges of this past season, the people are hopeful and expectant. They are ready for refreshed vision and leadership that will guide them in a unified direction. They look forward to improving their sense of community and linking arms with one another on mission to reach Vero Beach with the love of Jesus. All this to say, there is tremendous potential in Pathway Church.
Pathway Church, a church of about 600, is affiliated with Church of God Anderson (jesusisthesubject.org), and offers one Sunday morning service at 10 a.m. The incoming Lead Pastor will work with a dedicated team that includes three other pastors (Student, Care, Worship) and twelve ministry and support staff. Able to connect with people from all walks, ages, and stages of life, this incoming Lead Pastor will engage people with a weekend message that is grounded in Scripture yet creatively illustrated with stories that are practical and relatable to everyday life. Pathway desires a pastor who has experience leading teams, and who prefers a team approach particularly in crafting and communicating the kind of vision that will unify and ignite Pathway toward the future.
