Located just north of Charlotte, North Carolina in Cornelius, LIFE Fellowship is a thriving church that is eager to welcome an Executive Pastor of Ministries to help them “Pursue at all costs a passionate, God-centered LIFE.“ Committed to sharing the truth of God’s Word, this pastor will work with departmental leaders and volunteers to deepen disciples, develop teams, and mobilize ministries that empower LIFE to saturate the Lake Norman region and beyond with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
LIFE Fellowship embraces a team-oriented leadership structure where a talented, experienced, and collaborative pastor will flourish. Currently, LIFE is blessed with two senior leaders: Lead Pastor Ben Rudolph and Executive Pastor of Administration, Dan Burrell. The incoming Executive Pastor of Ministries will join this team to provide direct leadership and oversight to the ministry staff of the church. This includes the leaders of Discipleship Ministries, Student Ministry, Children’s Ministry, Men’s Ministry, Women’s Ministry, Care, and Assimilation.
LIFE Fellowship, a non-denominational congregation planted out of Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock, AR, averages 800+ in-person attendees and between 50 – 100 people online each week. This multi-generational church draws people from a variety of communities around Lake Norman. Well-located on 17+ acres, the beautiful building was completed in 2016. Offering two identical worship services at 9 and 11 a.m., the church values expository teaching and engages a contemporary worship style with traditional elements woven in on occasion.
The right Executive Pastor of Ministries will be an experienced organizational and ministry leader who is able to develop, strengthen, and orchestrate the team dynamic by cultivating a coordinated approach to ministry. Collaborative and collegial, he will be committed to a “non- celebrity,” shared model of leadership where humility, authenticity, transparency, and accountability are valued and practiced. This will be a person of deep faith and personal integrity who leads others through a biblical lens and is always learning, growing, challenging, and being challenged in their walk with the Lord. They will do what they say and will model the expectations they have for others.
