NL Moore & Associates is pleased to announce the selection of Eileen Bruen as the next Children’s Ministry Director at Austin Oaks Church in Austin, Texas.
Eileen comes to Austin Oaks Church from Spanish River Church in Boca Raton, Florida where she has more than a decade of experience overseeing all aspects of children’s ministry, including leadership and support for 350 children and another 350 volunteers. She has also led a highly successful “Mommy and Me” program that welcomes around 600 attenders.
Growth, revitalization, and creative problem solving have been themes throughout Eileen’s tenure at Spanish River. She is drawn to the opportunity and potential to infuse creativity and energy into the Austin Oaks Children’s Ministry. She looks forward to serving with Senior Pastor Brandon Zieske and hopes to use her experience and artistic talents with the Children’s Ministry team to help unify, energize and stream-line the ministry.
Eileen is originally from South Africa. She and her husband Daniel, together with their three teenage sons, look forward to life in Austin! They feel the city, role and church are a “great fit” and hope to enjoy many years of effective ministry there.
