With a mission to make passionate, maturing followers of Jesus from here to the nations, Bay Area Community Church (www.bayareacc.org) in Annapolis, Maryland is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Pastor of Operations to work with an exceptional team to architect the right organizational/multi-site structure, and position the right people to bring it to life. With direct oversight of all Operations departments (finance, HR, IT, data, facilities, security), the Executive Pastor of Operations will be a functional “number two” within the leadership dynamic of Bay Area Community Church.
Bay Area Community Church is an independent, multi-site congregation of about 2,400 weekly attenders with a clear vision to reach unchurched/de-churched people in the region and around the world. Missions is in their DNA, so Bay Area Community Church encourages all attenders to view themselves as “sent ones” who live on mission for Jesus in daily life. The weekend experience is rich, providing solid biblical teaching and dynamic worship at four services; one on Saturday evening and three on Sunday morning.
