Our Story

“Nancy and her team will provide you with top-notch consulting that helps church leadership understand the current DNA and condition of your church so decisions can be made to better align the church to be healthy and whole.”

Scott Foster, The Grove Church

“Spring Creek Church has used NL Moore and associates for 3 pastoral searches. The people they found us are perfect fits in both spiritual gifts and church culture. It is as if these new pastors have been with us 20 years!”
