This pastor will draw fresh inspiration from God’s Word, be attentive to the leading of the Holy Spirit, and be courageous in obedience. Taking time to listen and learn the people and their stories, the right candidate will enjoy being a pastor and will want to know and care for his congregation and staff personally and spiritually.
