With a deep love of the Scriptures, the new Lead Pastor prefers an expository style of preaching where the beauty of the text comes alive in each message. The ideal candidate will be a loving, relational leader who desires to connect at a heart level with the congregation. The new pastor will model consistency of character that has been shaped by the biblical mandates for Gospel-centered living. He will demonstrate the value of teamwork by working shoulder-to-shoulder with the elders, staff, and congregational leaders.
