The new pastor will model consistency of character that has been shaped by the biblical mandates for Gospel-centered living. He will demonstrate the value of teamwork by working shoulder-to-shoulder with the elders, staff, and congregational leaders. The next pastor for Crossroads will model a missional lifestyle and be able to equip people for ministry.
In the heart of California’s Central Valley, Turlock is the second-largest city in Stanislaus County. The population has risen steadily and will continue to grow. Turlock is the home to California State University Stanislaus (CSUS). This region of California boasts a large and successful agricultural community. According to the “Know Your Community” report from Revitalize Network, the demographic category called Bright Young Professionals is the largest segment in Turlock and represents young, educated, and working professionals generally 35 years of age or younger.
