Vision New England is ready to welcome a Chief Operating and Financial Officer to their team. Dedicated to following Christ and serving the church, this leader will be central in the future success of this growing organization!
The Organization
Alpine McLean and A.J. Gordon founded Vision New England in 1887 as the Evangelistic Association of New England, and while the methods have evolved with the changes within New England, evangelism is still why Vision New England exists. Based in Stratham, New Hampshire, the staff are de-centralized and spread out across the six-state region of New England (Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut). Vision New England exists to “accelerate evangelism” by developing and leveraging their network of ministries who are passionate about helping the Church work in unity as they make disciples, do justice, and share Jesus. There are presently four full-time and two part-time staff members. The annual operating budget is just under $800,000.

The incoming COFO will bring a strong background in financial stewardship, strategic planning, and organizational leadership, ensuring Vision New England’s sustainability and effectiveness. Additionally, this person will be adept at developing and mentoring staff, cultivating a culture of collaboration and excellence. Above all, the COFO will embrace the unique opportunities and challenges of ministry in New England, leveraging expertise to support church leaders, strengthen networks, and contribute to the ongoing spiritual renewal in the region.
