Elevate your leadership.
Coaching plays a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness and resilience of pastoral leaders. By providing a supportive and reflective space, coaching empowers pastors and leaders to deepen their self-awareness, clarify their values and refine their leadership skills. Through strategic goal-setting and personalized guidance, coaching enables pastors to navigate complex challenges, foster healthy relationships, and cultivate a culture of growth within their communities.
We empower individuals and teams to understand and leverage the collective strengths around the leadership table. When God’s people discover and align their natural strengths with their ministry calling the result is joyful service, ministry effectiveness and kingdom momentum.
Evidence-based coaching is tailor-made to address the specific challenges you are facing.
We do not simply “cut and paste” a pre-set plan for everyone. We listen. We work with you to develop goals and then put together attainable steps to reach those goals. Most coaching is offered in six-month bundles with coaching calls scheduled twice per month. Renewal options offered in three- or six-month increments.

Coaching after the Church Health Assessment
Too often the insights gained through a church health assessment get filed away once the report is complete. The opportunity to leverage and build off what was learned is lost. Coaching will help you to integrate your results into a ministry plan that positions you to take action with what you learned, and realize the kinds of gains that move you beyond challenge points and toward a consistently vibrant and transformative church experience.

Coaching after a Personal Assessment (Pastor/Candidate)
Assessments provide insights that help describe God’s design in a person, and can provide a shared language that promotes development personally and professionally. The number of pastors who have taken personal assessments without any follow-up coaching to help them fully understand and integrate what was revealed is staggering. We want to invest with you to create a plan that supports, encourages and empowers your growth, and positions you to take your leadership to the next level.
