NL Moore & Associates is pleased to announce the selection of Pastor Ronn Smith as Lead Pastor at Compass Church (www.compasschurchaz.com) in Goodyear, AZ.
Ronn comes to Compass from Highpoint Church in Illinois where he served as the Campus Pastor at the Bolingbrook/Romeoville campus. Prior to serving at Highpoint, Ronn was the Lead Pastor for 18 years of The Sanctuary, a church he planted and also is located in Illinois.
Ronn holds a Master of Divinity degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Wheaton College. He is ordained in the Evangelical Free Church.
Ronn and his wife Michele have three children. His family loves to be active, and Ronn especially loves coaching teams.
