First Baptist was eager to call an experienced, enthusiastic and empowering Lead Pastor to shepherd the work of this historic church of nearly 200 congregants, and Pastor Jarret fit the culture well. He is a leader who sees people on the fringe and is compelled to help them find their way into community. He brings the ability to provide greater staff alignment and their ministry efforts as they move forward into the next ministry season.
